We loved the spacious standard room featuring 2 double beds. the addition of a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron was greatly appreciated. the hotel is situated in a very nice and peaceful area. Plus, it’s conveniently located near a motorway, making it easy to access.

The breakfast was good, such variety, with the bagels, toast plus great coffee. It was in a marvellous and perfect location adjacent to cliffs and rock ledges and a grocery store and a fast food restaurant...

I had a great experience at the Holiday Inn Express Milford. the hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. My standard king room was modern and well-updated, featuring two comfortable double beds. the location was excellent, easily accessible from the highway and close to shops and restaurants, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The bathroom door doesn't close in my room.

Location was perfect. Staff excellent even after I left and contact them for items left! The refrigerator was a happy surprise!!!

Pillows... Even with the two different types.. Not comfortable! The bathroom fan should have its own switch or be quiter.. Maybe a dimmer switch on the lights.. Breakfast was crowded and the person at the desk in the morning should not be responsible for everything.. Desk . Phone.. Breakfast area.. Smoking out of the immediate entry way .. Move to across the parking lot!! Stinks walking through it!

My stay at Holiday Inn Express Boston/Milford was fantastic! I really enjoyed the fabulous food provided. the location is ideal, sitting on top of a hill, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It's conveniently close to a grocery store, fast food options, and plenty of restaurants and shopping in Milford, MA. it was a very nice experience for a one-night stay.

Both times we have stayed, I could hear people in the room above us. Either loud or very heavy stomping.

This hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants, making it a great choice.

Hotel Registration personnel were very plesent and understanding.

Our stay was scheduled for two nights, Friday and Saturday evening. Room was not maintained at all on Saturday. I had to go down to front Desk on Saturday evening at approximately 10:45 P.M. to get clean towels. I informed the Clerk on Duty I was not paying for Saturday evening stay because of our room not being serviced.

The room was extremely pleasant with really comfortable beds. A microwave and a fridge were a big plus. The hotel's location was perfectly comfortable, so close to everything.
